The new website will launch on October 1st to serve all of our SWAT and SWAT FIRST areas and subscribers. The user-friendly site offers a refreshing view into all of our services for residential and business. You can now access our interactive service territory and fiber map to check availability for your location. The site displays our recently updated fiber internet plans and pricing along with phone services, features, and more. All internet plans now display the newly adopted FCC broadband labels to assist consumers with prices, speeds, fees, and other critical information.
My Account offers ways to view and pay your bill, SmartHub App, Pay Now, how to set recurring payments, how to pay in person/by phone/by mail, along with a link to check your webmail, and for Lifeline Assistance programs. Residential and Business internet and phone services are available with details on how to sign up. Support offers quick access to our support lines where you can just click to call and reach our technical support along with a new FAQ section with some of our most frequently asked questions. About Us offers a transparent view into Who We Are, our ByLaws, Legal, and all of our exciting News & Updates! The new powerful website also offers a language translator, ADA accessibility with font adjustments, customer testimonials, By The Numbers fun facts, and quick links to share and print information.
